Items of routine and non-controversial nature are placed on the consent agenda to allow the Routt County Board of County Commissioners to spend its time and energy on more important items on a lengthy agenda. Any commissioner may request that an item be pulled from the consent agenda and considered separately. Any member of the public may request any item to be pulled from the consent agenda.

A. Approval of county commissioners minutes: regular meeting of Jan. 13, 2015

B. Approval of the state human service electronic benefit transfer in the amount of $440,752.26 through January 2015.

C. Approval and authorization to sign a renewal for Vista Verde Guest Ranch for a hotel and restaurant liquor license.

Consideration to approve the promotion of an elections deputy, Admin IV to an elections manager, Admin V at Step 11 effective Jan. 13, 2015.

A. County-wide business survey

Consideration to approve and authorize the chair’s signature on the Memorandum of Understanding between the Colorado Department of Local Affairs-University of Colorado Denver, Colorado Center for Community Development and Routt County for a county-wide business climate survey and consideration to approve and authorize the chair’s signature on the agreement between the Steamboat Springs Chamber & Resort Association, Inc. and Routt County regarding payment for the Routt County business survey.

A. Routt County reclassification to Tier 11 of the State County Classification

Consideration to support the Routt County reclassification to Tier II of the State County Classification.
