B. Approval and authorization to sign child care services fiscal agreements between Routt County and local providers for the period January 1, 2016 through December 31, 2016.

Discussion and consideration to approve and authorize the Chair to sign the agreement between Routt County on behalf of the Department of Human Services and Lift Up of Routt County for the development and implementation of “Power Up”, a job readiness training program, in the amount of $21,600 effective December 22, 2015 through June 30, 2016.
B. CCCAP wait list
Consideration to approve and implement a wait list for eligible families at or below the 185% FPG for Routt County’s Colorado Child Care Assistance Program beginning January 1, 2015.

B. Certification of mill levies and property tax revenue
Consideration to approve and sign the 2016 Certification of Levies and Revenue due to the Colorado Division of Property Tax and adopt a resolution to levy taxes.
