Items of routine and non-controversial nature are placed on the consent agenda to allow the Board of County Commissioners to spend its time and energy on more important items on a lengthy agenda. Any Commissioner may request that an item be “pulled” from the consent agenda and considered separately. Any member of the public may “request” any item to be “pulled” from the consent agenda.

A. Approval of county commissioners minutes: regular meeting of November 17

B. Approval and authorization to sign child care services fiscal agreements between Routt County and local providers for the period January 1, 2016 through December 31, 2016.

Discussion and consideration to approve and authorize the Chair to sign the agreement between Routt County on behalf of the Department of Human Services and Lift Up of Routt County for the development and implementation of “Power Up”, a job readiness training program, in the amount of $21,600 effective December 22, 2015 through June 30, 2016.

B. CCCAP wait list

Consideration to approve and implement a wait list for eligible families at or below the 185% FPG for Routt County’s Colorado Child Care Assistance Program beginning January 1, 2015.

Discussion and consideration to approve and authorize the Chair to sign a multi-year contract with Advanced Copier Solutions for support and maintenance on all IS-maintained printers across the County, upon successful review by the County Attorney.

Consideration to approve and sign the 2015 Supplemental Budgets and Forms.

B. Certification of mill levies and property tax revenue

Consideration to approve and sign the 2016 Certification of Levies and Revenue due to the Colorado Division of Property Tax and adopt a resolution to levy taxes.
