Routt County adoptable pets: Trapper the cat and Kane the dog

Trapper-1-SM

Trapper is a beautiful 14-year-old, 5.7-pound, domestic longhair feline that only wants one thing in the world: love. She’s kind, soft and looks forward to a warm cat bed in her new home. Trapper deserves to find a forever family for her retirement years.

Kane-12-SM

Kane is a 4 1/2-year-old, 96-pound Akbash who loves to spend his days outside, so the cool wind can blow thorough his beautiful fur. Kane, being a livestock-guarding dog at heart, has been able to work a little in his life but has been mostly a couch potato. Kane enjoys being silly with his human friends, walking nicely on leash, getting slow introductions to dog friends and taking naps on a blanket. Kane is sweet, gentle and looking for a home experienced with this breed.
