Routt County adoptable pets: Po the cat and Crash the dog
Po is a sweet and cuddly 11 pound, 3-year-old male domestic longhair. He enjoys the company of other cats and doesn’t mind dogs either. Po was surrendered to the shelter with two other cats due to a change of circumstance in the home. He loves jingly ball toys and kitty treats, along with bird watching out the window. Po was an indoor/outdoor cat and likes to hunt mice in his spare time.
Crash is a 4.5-year-old male Heeler mix weighing about 70 pounds. This handsome fellow was originally adopted as a puppy and then surrendered to the shelter due to a major environment change in the home. Crash likes female dogs, squeaky toys and tennis balls and would love an active family who can take him hiking and swimming often. He has great manners and walks wonderfully on leash. Crash has never really been around children as there weren’t any in his last home. He enjoys the winter months more than anything, but also likes to sunbathe from time to time.
