Routt County adoptable pets: Patty the cat and Dixie the dog

Patty is a shy 1-year-old, 8-pound domestic short hair ready for a home she can blossom in. She likes people and would most likely warm up to any other furry friends in the home with some time and space. Patty previously had kittens and still has her motherly instinct. She might also be a good fit if you are in need of a mouser and all around gem of a cat.

Dixie is a sweet and lovable 6-½ year old, 57-pound, German Short Hair Pointer mix ready for her forever home. She was found as a stray in the Denver metro area and came to Steamboat Springs to enjoy all the Colorado mountains have to offer. Dixie enjoys the company of other dogs, playing, exploring open spaces, socializing with people and would be a great work best friend.
