Routt County adoptable pets: Bon Jovi the cat and Cash the dog

This 2.5-year-old, male, domestic long-haired is Bon Jovi. He weighs approximately 10 pounds. He is a sweet and social guy looking for his forever family. He was brought to the shelter as a stray, and nobody came to claim him. He is easy going and tends to like every person he meets. He loves to be petted, is a frequent photo bomber, will do tricks for treats and loves to lounge in his cat bed and watch the birds out the window.

Cash is a 2-year-old, male, Australian Shepherd mix who is a puppy at heart. He is silly, playful and loves nothing more than a good play session with any type of toy. Cash was found as a stray, and no one came forward to claim him, so he is ready for a new home to call his own. He is learning how to walk on leash and is doing great in training on basic manners. He is quick to learn and eager to please. Cash seems to get along well with other dogs, but since his history is a mystery, Routt County Humane Society staff isn’t sure how he does with small children or cats.
