Routt County adoptable pets: AJ the cat and Debbie the dog
AJ is a handsome, 7-year-old Himalayan mix weighing between 9 and 10 pounds. He has been an outdoor cat his whole life and was a really good mouser. He previous family had to sell their property, and AJ is now waiting at the shelter for a new place to call his own. AJ is shy around new people but warms up pretty quickly and is ready to get back to work.
Debbie is an 8-year-old, Coonhound mix weighing 72 pounds. She is looking for a family to retire with and loves car rides, going for walks, cuddling on the couch and sitting for treats. Debbie is good with all people and enjoys the company of laid-back dogs. In true hound fashion, she loves to follow her nose on walks and talk to you about her day.
