STEAMBOAT SPRINGS — Judges Lisel and Geoff Petis and Dan and Sarah Pirrallo selected the winning floats from the Fourth of July parade Wednesday in downtown Steamboat Springs. The parade’s theme was “Red, White and Gold: Celebrating our Olympians.”
