Regular (112) Construction Materials Operation Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board

PUBLIC NOTICE

Duckels Construction dba Yampa Aggregate, whose address is 3500 Duckels Ct., Steamboat Springs, Colorado 80477, phone number (970) 879-6074 has filed an amendment application for a Regular (112) Construction Materials Operation Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under the provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials. The proposed mine is known as the Bettger Pit, and is located in Section 4, Township 6 North, Range 85 west of the 6th Prime Meridian, Routt County, State of Colorado.



The proposed date of commencement is June 1, 2011, and the proposed date of completion is May 30, 2023. The proposed future uses of the land are rangeland and recreation. Additional information and tentative decision date may be obtained from the Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866-3567, or at the Routt County Clerk and Recorder’s office; 522 Lincoln Avenue, Steamboat Springs, CO 80477, or the above named applicant.

Comments must be in writing and must be received by the Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety by 4:00 p.m. on February 14, 2011.
