The Smartwool Sample Sale returns to the Howelsen Hill Lodge Parking Lot at 10 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 30.

The event, hosted by the Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club is free, but requires registration for a one-hour shopping window at Register before noon on Thursday, Sept. 29.

Medium men’s and women’s samples are provided by Smartwool and will be stocked throughout the day to provide equal opportunities for shoppers throughout the day.

Shoppers are asked to bring their own bags and pay with credit or debit cars, as cash won’t be accepted.
