RE/MAX Partners welcomes new broker associate

STEAMBOAT SPRINGS — Ivy Baker has joined the RE/MAX Partners team in Steamboat Springs as a broker associate. An experienced real estate agent, Baker began her Steamboat career in the insurance and financial services industry, earning the highest recognition in her region.

In 2008, she successfully earned her real estate license. Originally from Canada, Baker now resides in North Routt.

“Ivy’s deep skill, industry knowledge and candid, no-nonsense style fit beautifully with our team,” said owner/business manager Cheryl Garrity in a news release. “We are thrilled to have Ivy join us.”

New broker associate joins Colorado Group Realty

Clark Stewart has joined Colorado Group Realty in Steamboat Springs as a broker associate.

“I know Clark is going to be a wonderful addition to our firm,” said broker/owner Randall Hannaway in a news release. “Having worked with Clark over the last 10 years, in both Search and Rescue and as a professional ski instructor, I know that he is a valued professional who focuses heavily on the needs of his clients.”

Stewart grew up in Texas but has always been drawn to the mountains. After graduating from the University of Wyoming with a degree in business, he moved to Steamboat to pursue his love of skiing. He worked for a number of years as a professional ski instructor/trainer for Steamboat Ski Area and is also is a freestyle-freeride coach for the Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club, a fly-fishing guide and a former member of the Routt County Search and Rescue.
