Rams earn split in weekend matches

Soroco High School Rams

It was a weekend of extremes for the Soroco High School volleyball team.

Saturday, they were extremely dominant in a win on the road against Hotchkiss, winning in three quick sets. The Rams won 26-24, 25-21, 25-13.
It was Soroco’s second win against Hotchkiss in a week, but the first one came 2-1 as opposed to Saturday’s 3-0 score.

Friday, the Rams also lost in extreme fashion, in three sets against Paonia 25-16, 25-14, 25-11.

The Rams are 5-2 on the season and next play at 6 p.m. Tuesday at Vail Christian.
