AMENDED NOTICE OF FILING OF PETITION TO DETERMINE HEIRSHIP & NOTICE OF HEARING

TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS:

This Notice of Hearing is filed pursuant to C.R.S. §15-12-1303. The Petitioner is Thomas L. Williams whose mailing address is P.O. Box 46, Slater, CO 81653. The Decedent is Gilbert L. Williams. The property is as follows:

75% mineral interest as to the following real property:

All right title, interest in and to all oil, gas, and other mineral and all oil and gas royalties in lease rentals in, upon, and underlying the following described property in Routt County, Colorado, to-wit:

Township 12 North, Range 88 West of the 6th P.M.

Section 18: Resurvey Tracts 49, 50, and 55.

Gilbert L. Williams passed away on March 23, 1993. The individuals named in the Petition having an interest in the above-described mineral interests are as follows: Thomas L. Williams (1/2 interest in minerals) and Deborah J. Walker (1/2 interest in minerals). They are both interested persons.

Should you object to the relief sought in the Petition to Determine Heirship, you must file an Answer to the same within thirty (30) days of the date of mailing of this Notice, in any event, no later than the date set herein for the Non-Appearance Hearing scheduled in this matter. All objections to the Petition to Determine Heirship must be filed in writing with the Court and the appropriate filing fee paid within the time period for answering the Petition to Determine Heirship. The hearing shall be limited to the objections timely filed and the parties answering the Petition to Determine Heirship in a timely manner.

A hearing on the Petition to Determine Heirship filed on the 3rd day of February, 2011, will be held on the 24th day of May, 2011, at 1:00 o’clock P.M. at the District Court of Routt County located at 1955 Shield Drive, Steamboat Springs, Colorado 80487.
