Paul Wellman: Democrats need strong candidate to beat Trump

Unless we get behind a program that will address the necessity of the following.

• Overturning the 2010 Citizens United vs. FEC, which resulted in an oligarchy

• An equitable tax structure

• Instituting Medicare care for all

• Free college education for all and forgiving current student debt

• Instituting an equitable minimum wage

• Getting out of the nine wars we are currently involved in and dramatically lowering military spending

• Get over the constant false babble about Russian meddling and embracing China, Russia and all other countries in the world as partners and enacting dramatic climate action policy with the rest of the world

• Get over the false babble about impeaching Trump

Donald Trump will win again.

I don’t see a Democrat that has a chance in the milk toast, corporate stooges in the running. Unfortunately Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is too young to run, and Bernie is too old.
