STEAMBOAT SPRINGS – Yampatika’s 19th annual Wild Edible Feast, a nature-to-table fundraising event, was held at Haymaker Golf Course on June 7.

The event celebrated the bounty of the Yampa Valley and offered an evening of delectable small plates created by Haymaker chefs Adam White, Adam Noha amd Tommy Boyer.

The menu included elk goulash and elk sliders, goose, trout dumplings, local deviled eggs made with a twist and freshly harvested wild plants contributing to the evening’s unique salad.

Proceeds from the event went to support Yampatika, the local nonprofit with a mission to inspire environmental stewardship through education.
