William “Bill” Kleckler, age 82, passed away at his home in Hayden, Colorado on January 31, 2025. Bill was born in Daytona Beach, Florida on January 11, 1943 and grew up in Dundee, New York. He served two tours in Vietnam in the US Marine Corps, and worked as a Union carpenter in New York. He married Joan Hughes in 1969. In 1978 Bill and his family moved to Craig, Colorado, and he worked for Seneca Mine, Peabody Coal for 25 years. Services were held at The Journey in Craig, Colorado at 1:00 pm Saturday, February 8.
