James William Bailey, 76, passed away Dec. 31, 2106. A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m., Monday, Jan. 9, 2017, at Elk Mountain Cemetery, with a memorial service following at noon at the United Methodist Church of Steamboat Springs. A reception will follow. Memorial contributions may be made to Yampa Valley Medical Center Foundation Children’s Library in the Jan Bishop Cancer Center, PO Box 883415, Steamboat Springs, CO 80477.
