Before his health declined, Dwayne loved to weld beautiful yard art and sculptures. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and cherished his church family at the Maybell Church. Dwayne is survived by his wife of 54 years, Donna Lougee of Craig; one son, Jeff Lougee and wife Teresa of Provo, UT; one daughter, Kelley Coates and husband Monty of Park City, UT; one brother, Dan Lougee of Montana; and one sister, Bobbie Nicolaides of Oregon.
