Northwest Colorado Health will host a fundraising event dubbed the “Sneaker Ball” from 5-9 p.m. on Thursday, May 28 at Aurum Food & Wine in Steamboat Springs, according to a Tuesday news release.

The benefit supports the organization’s Home Health and Hospice Campaign launched in the fall, which aims to raise $3 million through 2028 for the nonprofit to continue providing services to patients in need at their homes across Routt and Moffat counties.

Set along the Yampa River, the evening will feature dinner, dancing and live music by local band Chamberlin Birch. Attendees are encouraged to pair formal attire with sneakers for a more relaxed take on traditional gala wear.

Tickets and sponsorship opportunities are available online at NorthwestColoradoHealth.org/SneakerBall
