9:58 a.m. Steamboat firefighters were called to a report of an unknown injury accident on Rabbit Ears Pass.
10:52 a.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to a report of a suspicious incident at Colorado Highway 131 and Routt County Road 14 in Oak Creek.
2:40 p.m. At the Gondola Transit Center, a shuttle bus’ mud flap hit a guest’s vehicle, damaging it. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers took a report.
6:51 p.m. Steamboat police and firefighters were called to a report of an unknown injury crash at Fish Creek Falls and Amethyst Drive. A car slid off the road. The driver was cited on suspicion of DUI and DUI per se.
7:06 p.m. Officers received a noise complaint in the 400 block of Ore House Plaza. Four people were making noise as they were jumping out of a hot tub, into the snow, then back into the hot tub.
11:16 p.m. Deputies and Oak Creek Fire Protection District firefighters were called to a report of an unknown injury accident at mile marker 54 on Colo. 131 near Oak Creek.
Total incidents: 39
- Steamboat police had 18 cases that included calls for service and officer-initiated incidents such as traffic stops.
- The Routt County Sheriff’s Office had eight cases that included calls for service and officer-initiated incidents such as traffic stops.
- Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue responded to 12 calls for service.
- Oak Creek Fire Protection District responded to one call for service.
