9Health Fair is April 3

at the middle school

Yampa Valley Medical Center has a plan to streamline some of the most popular tests offered at the 9Health Fair.

Yampa Valley Medical Center is sponsoring the 9Health Fair from 8 to 11 a.m. April 3 at Steamboat Springs Middle School. In response to last year’s record turnout for the health fair, the medical center is offering early blood draws.

Early blood draws, intended to reduce the time health fair visitors wait in line at the event, will be held at YVMC by appointment only from 8 to 10 a.m. March 17 through 20.

The appointments include a low-cost blood test, a blood pressure check and the opportunity to purchase a colorectal cancer home test. To schedule a 20-minute appointment, call 875-2759.
