New wildfire, Torso Creek Fire, reported in North Routt county

CLARK — A wildfire is burning near Meadon Peak in the California Park area of Routt National Forest. The fire has been named the Torso Creek Fire, according to scanner traffic.
According to North Routt Fire Protection District’s Facebook page, the fire is burning on U.S. Forest Service land on the southwest base of the mountain.
Three helicopters and ground crews will work overnight to fight the fire. The fire was reported at fewer than two acres at 8 p.m. Sunday.
U.S. Forest Road 42 has been closed, according to scanner traffic.
