Replenish IV Therapies, which has been providing intravenous therapy services in Steamboat Springs for the past five years, has announced that Sarah DeLine and Chloe Banning have purchased the business.
“I’ve been a registered nurse for 13 years, and I’ve done a little bit of everything, but honestly this is my favorite,” said DeLine, who started working at Replenish IV Therapies when she arrived in the Yampa Valley in 2019. “I like it because people come in here feeling bad, and they leave feeling good. It’s kind of like an instant gratification for me.”
DeLine, who graduated from the University of Maine at Fort Kent, is a registered nurse who was working in Fort Collins, and is excited about her partnership with Banning and what both businesses have to offer the Steamboat Springs community.
The business began as Brainwash, a full-service walk-in wellness clinic specializing in infusions and other services. When the business moved to 1021 Lincoln Ave. four years ago, it changed its name to Replenish, but continued to offer many of the same services.
“(Former owner Dawn Cook) is working with us, and we are lucky to have her because she obviously has a lot of input and expertise to offer us as we continue to grow,” DeLine said. “It is a service that’s still kind of new, so a lot of people don’t really realize how helpful it is for your health and wellness.”
Banning, who grew up in Steamboat Springs and is a former World Cup snowcross athlete, has partnered with DeLine as co-owner of Replenish and will also run her own medical aesthetics practice, Skin Chalet, at the same location.
“I really enjoyed dermatology in school,” Banning said. “I worked at a dermatology practice first and did both medical and cosmetic dermatology. I just wanted to focus on the cosmetic treatments, and I love being able to make people feel better about themselves. I love seeing the smile on a person’s face when we finish a treatment and that is really rewarding for me.”

She hopes that through Skin Chalet, she can build long-lasting relationships with her patients and treat them throughout their entire lives.
Banning graduated from The Lowell Whiteman School — now Steamboat Mountain School — in 2010. She went on to earn her Master of Medical Science degree from Tufts University in Boston, and also graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in biology from Colorado College.
Banning is board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is licensed to practice medicine in Colorado.
“I worked at a dermatology private practice in Las Vegas, and then I worked at a plastic surgery practice in Vail,” Banning said. “I’ve been practicing medical esthetics for over five years now, but this is my first time working in Steamboat Springs.”
She said Skin Chalet is a boutique medical esthetics practice offering nonsurgical skin care treatments like Botox, fillers, micro needling and chemical peels.
Banning and DeLine said Replenish will continue to offer IV infusions, nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide cellular detox injections, mobile IVs and an oxygen bar. Clients can choose intravenous therapy services such as recovery, immunity, wellness, rockstar, athletic performance, migraines headache, and altitude sickness IVs ranging in price from $175-$265. The business also offers memberships.
Replenish and Skin Chalet are currently open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturdays. The new owners said that when the winter season begins, the businesses will also be open on Sundays.
Replenish will take walk-ins, but DeLine said it is best if clients book appointments online or call 970-846-9981. Banning said the easiest way to book an appointment at Skin Chalet is to go online or by calling 970-439-0091.
Replenish and Skin Chalet will host a grand opening from 5-7 p.m. Oct. 26, where the new owners will open the doors and introduce the community to what the businesses offer, as well as give away prizes.
“We will come to you, we will do big parties or retreats and we like to collaborate for events because it is so fun,” DeLine said. “We’re just excited to support the community and health and wellness.”
