New hearing dates set to review Oak Creek marijuana business

— Hearing dates have been changed in Oak Creek to consider a land-use change for a property at 208 S. Sharp St., where a company by the name of Dank Frank’s wants to operate a retail marijuana cultivation facility, infused products production and retail storefront.

The applicant requested the Planning Commission hearing date be changed to Sept. 17 and the Oak Creek Town Board hearing date to Oct. 9.

The Planning Commission originally was scheduled to consider the land-use change Wednesday, but the item was tabled because a poster had not been placed at the Sharp Street property notifying the public of the hearing and proposed land-use change.
