12:38 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers responded to a reported threat in the 300 block of River Road. A woman reported a person was outside of her window. Officers did not locate anybody in the area. Officers had received similar calls from the woman before, including one Saturday.

1:33 a.m. Officers were called to a reported disturbance in the 1500 block of Flattop Circle. An employer and an employee of a company renting the space for an event were arguing. The parties agreed to separate.



2:23 a.m. An officer responded to a number of suspicious vehicles at the rodeo grounds at Howelsen Park. An officer on patrol saw “a bunch of taillights.” The officer spoke to a number of people in the vehicles. One vehicle was searched. Officers called the parents of several juveniles who were eventually picked up by family members. The vehicle search resulted in a continuing investigation.

2:45 a.m. Officers responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle at Yampa and Ninth streets. An employee of a bar had kicked out some men earlier in the evening. The employee became concerned that he would be jumped by the occupants of a black pickup truck that appeared to be stalking him. The person caught a taxi ride home.



5:27 p.m. Officers responded to a report of a suspicious man behind a business in the 2100 block of Curve Plaza. A man in a blue bandana had been sitting behind the building for a while. A person said he or she saw the man running around naked at the Bear River Skatepark earlier in the day. The man was clothed at the time the suspicious incident was reported.

6:25 p.m. Officers conducted a traffic stop at a business in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue. A 16-year-old male was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and underage possession of marijuana.

9:44 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a drunken pedestrian at a restaurant in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue. An employee reported that servers had cut off the man from additional drinks earlier in the evening. The man did not leave the establishment and had passed out at the restaurant for two hours. Officers gave him a lift home.

11:14 p.m. Officers responded to a reported disturbance in the 600 block of Pahwintah Street. A woman was destroying things in the home. A 29-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of criminal mischief.
