Mountain Tap launches ‘Rescue Juice Pale Ale’ in Steamboat to support Search & Rescue
Mountain Tap Brewery will launch its “Rescue Juice Pale Ale” on Dec. 6 as part of a collaboration with Routt County Search & Rescue.
The juicy pale ale, concocted through a collaboration with Mountain Tap’s brewing team and members of Routt County Search & Rescue, will be sold throughout the winter with $1 donated to the search and rescue organization for every “Rescue Juice” pint sold.
“It’s a privilege to raise money for our across-the-street neighbors at Search and Rescue,” said Mountain Tap brewmaster Rich Tucciarone. “These volunteers keep us all safe in the great outdoors, and we are forever appreciative of them.”
The Dec. 6 launch party will feature Routt County Search & Rescue volunteers on hand to discuss winter safety and “show off impressive rescue equipment,” according to a news release.
Live music will also be performed from 5-7 p.m. and all attendees are eligible to win prizes during a giveaway set to kick-off at 6:30 p.m. The prizes include a “Free Beer for a Year” punch card and a dinner at Mountain Tap valued at $100.
