1919-2003

Former Oak Creek resident Mildred Bruchez passed away Sept. 11, 2003. She was 84.



Mildred was born near Oak Creek, where she graduated high school.

She married Bill Bruchez in 1939. The couple lived several places in Routt County. They eventually settled in Lower Middle Creek, near where Mildred was born.



They lived in Lower Middle Creek until 1975, when they moved to Payson, Ariz.

Mildred is survived by two daughters, Marie Bock and Elaine Sullivan; four grandchildren, Mark and Mike Farrell, Pat Sullivan and Wanda Shepherd; nine great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Services will be held at 10 a.m. today at Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary, 7777 W. 29th Ave., Wheat Ridge.
