Mary Walker: Trespassing is a crime

On Thursday, Oct. 27, an elk was shot and killed illegally on my family’s 100-year Brown Ranch property in Clark.

Trespassing is a crime; killing an elk for its antlers makes your crime an act of childish egomania. To the man who is guilty of this crime, shame on you.

If you are my neighbor or friend, may you not be able to look me in the eye the next time we meet.
