— One of Steamboat Springs’ most established Italian restaurants is celebrating new ownership, a new menu and a makeover of its dining area and bar.

Hannah Hopkins is now a part-owner in the business with Jeremy MacGray. They are labeling 2015 as the year of new beginnings.

Hopkins is partnering with MacGray after serving as the head chef for four years.

The new menu, launching Tuesday, includes a new focus on small plates ranging from warm roasted beets and goat cheese to octopus and palacio chorizo on a skewer.

Entrees range from braised Colorado lamb shank to a lightly breaded and fried “Red Bird” chicken.

A revamping of the bar means new draft beers on tap, including a Witbier from Belgium.

To celebrate the launch of the new menu, the restaurant is promoting a friends and family discount that will offer diners 30 percent off of the new menu on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

The restaurant’s interior has also been renovated.
