Linda Delaney: Does Gardner remember Colorado?

Senator Cory Gardner — where is he from anyway? He was one of the first to endorse President Trump for 2020. His big announcement for re-election will be hosted by Sen. Mitch McConnell and the rest of the Republican Senate leadership on Feb. 27 in Washington, D.C.

If you are a big fan, you are asked to contribute $5,600. If you represent a PAC, $10,000. If you just want to attend, it will only cost $500. And, he already held one fundraiser in D.C. during the shutdown.

The location for the big luncheon will only be disclosed after you RSVP. This fits with his allergic reaction to town halls in his home state. My guess is this gala will be in that hotel that bears the same name as Gardner’s favorite president, Trump International.

Where is Gardner from? Oh right, he’s from Colorado. He’s supposed to be our senator. Perhaps, we should replace him with someone who actually represents Colorado rather than wealthy donors and a long list of PACs.
