Thank you to the gentleman in Denver who sent all of the jewelry for bingo. Thanks to him and his family for doing that. We still could use more jewelry in bingo and thanks to those who have helped us.

Holiday transitions

We’re going to be busy taking down the Christmas decorations. And we’re going to start all over again because it’s Valentine’s Day and we’ve got decorations for that holiday.

Visitors

Jim Goggin is doing really well following his recent surgery.

Bettie Pierce has enjoyed some company and friends in visiting with her.

It’s nice to see Carol Rickman out and about.

Frances Withers has had lots of family and friends visiting with her, and Gerry Hinkle’s daughters have been in visiting with her.

Rosa Devault made a trip to Denver to see the Denver Broncos play the other day. She had a lot of fun, but of course they lost. But she enjoyed it. Thanks to everyone who made it a happy day for her.

Phyllis Burrowes’ son from Nebraska was in.

Joann Lombardi went to Denver to help her granddaughter celebrate her birthday.

Phyllis Fulton’s son has been in visiting with her lately.

Joke of the week

A woman who was eight months pregnant was starting to get annoyed with her husband’s lack of sympathy for her.

“I hope in your next life, you have to be pregnant,” she said.

He replied, “I hope in your next life, you have to be married to someone who’s pregnant.”
