Letter: Thank you from Tour de Steamboat
The Tour de Steamboat volunteer board and beneficiary committee would like to express our extreme gratitude to the Routt County community for making this year’s ride a huge success. The 15th annual Tour de Steamboat welcomed 1,100 riders from throughout Colorado and the greater United States to ride 116, 66, 46 and 26 miles on July 21.
This event is not possible without the 150 volunteers, sponsors, Colorado State Patrol and support from the town of Yampa, town of Oak Creek and city of Steamboat Springs. We would like to thank our presenting sponsors Kent Eriksen Cycles and Shimano for their continued support and for donating a custom bike to the raffle.
All funds raised through this event go directly to four local nonprofits — Partners in Routt County, Reaching Everyone Preventing Suicide, Routt County Riders and Yampa Valley Sustainability Council.
