LAND USE CHANGE OF MAJOR IMPACT: Please be informed that Tom Eastman and Eric Simonsen, d/b/a EJJV, LLC, have applied for a land use change of Major Impact by proposing an 8 unit multi family residential project to be developed in three phases located at the property described as Lots 25-32, Block 10, First Addition to the Town of Oak Creek. The proposed development site is a vacant parcel located at the corner of Lincoln Avenue and Wild Hogg Drive. If you wish to submit written comment you may do so by addressing your correspondence to: Town Clerk, P.O. Box 128, Oak Creek, CO 80467. If you wish, you may make verbal comment at the Oak Creek Town Planning Commission Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, February 16, 2011 at Town Hall at approximately 7:00 p.m. and further at the Town Board’s regularly scheduled Board Meeting to be held Thursday, February 24, 2011 at Town Hall at 7:00 p.m.
