Kenny Reisman and Kristen Race: Grazie, Ciao!

We would like to offer a big helping of gratitude toward Lynne, Massimo and their family for all they have provided to our community throughout the past five years through Ciao Gelato.

Their restaurant always has stood as more than just a place to eat delicious gelato. For our family, it has been a place where our kids would sit at the counter to do their homework, or we would talk with Lynne about her favorite places in Italy to explore.

They proudly have displayed local artwork and never have missed an opportunity to lend a helping hand to a person or cause in need. We have watched many times over Lynne and Massimo embrace Steamboat Springs’ kids of all ages as if they were their own, and we greatly appreciate their consistent support of the Steamboat Springs Teen Council.

Their warmth, care and generosity embodies all that is wonderful with our community. We are hopeful that they can find a new location in the coming weeks so we all can have a home away from home to make our way to for great food, sweets and kindness.

With thanks,

Kenny Reisman and Kristen Race
