Joe Haines: Thank you Gerber Berend

We would like to extend a hearty “thank you” to the team at Gerber Berend Design and Build for their partnership and generosity in remodeling the Bunkhouse at Yampatika’s Environmental Center at Legacy Ranch. Yampatika and the city of Steamboat Springs have an ongoing commitment to improve and maintain Legacy Ranch as a historical and culture site and the environmental learning center that serves residents and visitors alike.

The work by Gerber Berend was a complete custom and contemporary remodel, which has significantly elevated the ambiance and functionality of the building that was previously in its original format from being built 90 years ago. The project was also supported with donations from Alpine Lumber, the Craig Scheckman Family Foundation, Yampa Valley Bank, Rotary Club of Steamboat Springs and additional support was provided by select other individual community members.
