Jane W. Plocinski


Jane W. Plocinski, 45, of Oak Creek, died Oct. 16, 2001, as the result of an automobile accident.

She was born Oct. 23, 1955, in Wayne, N.J., the daughter of the late Charles and Muriel (Grath) Plocinski. Jane moved to Routt County from Florida and was employed at City Market, having worked as a grocery clerk in the flower shop and garden center. She loved animals and nordic skiing.

She is survived by a brother, Dennis Plocinski of Sussex, N.J.; two nieces, Lauren Ann and Kristie Marie and her companion, Steve Schwan of Oak Creek.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Peggy Jean.

Funeral services were held Oct. 23, 2001, at Peterson Funeral Home of Steamboat Springs. The Rev. Rod Krey officiated, and cremation followed. Memorials in Jane’s name may be sent to Yampa Valley Bible Church, P.O. Box 156, Yampa, 80483.
