J.J. Kopf: Memories and love last forever

It is hard to express our feelings for this wonderful person — Marc Sehler. We will not be able to see your smiling face but you will be in our hearts and minds forever. We have lost one of the finest people I have ever known.

I always looked forward to seeing Marc almost every day during the winter in the locker room. It will never be the same again. Marc and Gretch encouraged and helped me join the ski school teaching team more than 25 years ago.

I worked the BAR UE lift, and each time they would get on the chair they would say, “You should be teaching with us.” It happened because of them.

It is very difficult to express feelings for someone like Marc. Why do we have to lose the best? Gretch, our love and strength are with you.
