Input for Routt employee satisfaction survey due April 1

The deadline is April 1 for community members to provide input for an Employee Satisfaction and Priorities Survey conducted by the Steamboat Springs Chamber, Colorado Workforce Center and Routt County Economic Development Partnership.

Responses to the short, anonymous survey will help the organizations define what the local community considers a “good” or “quality” job. The definition of a quality job can vary from person to person and community to community, depending on individual priorities. By gathering feedback from local employees, organizers are hoping to identify additional workforce priorities alongside well-known issues such as housing and childcare.

The survey is found online at tinyurl.com/dfy37379. Participants can opt to enter a drawing for a chance to win one of two $100 Steamboat Chamber gift cards upon completing the survey.
