Pick-Up Basketball for Men 40+

This is a perfect opportunity to play semi-organized games during the winter months. Pick-up games are for two hours every Tuesday beginning Nov. 16. Program is open to individuals 40 years and older only. Registration is not required. Fees can be paid at the door to the gym supervisor or a punch pass can be purchased at the Parks and Recreation office. The program is held at Craig Middle School. Come shoot hoops and play pick-up games as you please one night per week in this drop-in program. Pick-up games are for two hours every Thursday beginning Nov. 18. The program is open to individuals 15 and older. Registration is not required. Fees can be paid at the door to the gym supervisor or a punch pass can be purchased. Junior Youth Basketball (K-second grade)



Learn basic basketball skills: dribbling, passing, shooting, rebounding and concepts of team play. Games are played on weeknights in the early evening. Boys games will be on Monday and Wednesday evenings. Girls games are on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. To have a successful program, parent volunteers are needed to coach. Registration received after Jan. 21 will be put on a waiting list with no guarantee of placement. Fee: $25. Season: Feb. 21 to Apr. 21, 2005 (includes practice).
