11:53 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a suspicious person at Seventh Street and Lincoln Avenue. A person was walking around and cursing. Officers were unable to locate the person.

3:13 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a drug violation at Colorado Mountain College. A person received a citation for underage possession of marijuana.

4:36 p.m. Officers received a report of Facebook harassment in the 800 block of Yampa Avenue.

7:08 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a suspicious person at Rotary Park. A man was reported to be possibly masturbating in public. It was unknown if the man was still on scene. Officers took a report.

11:24 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a prowler near Howelsen Ice Rink. A woman had met a man at a bar. He asked if he could walk her home, but she declined. As she walked home, the man followed her. He said he wanted to make sure she got home OK after he heard what he thought was a woman screaming. Officers determined there was no criminal action.
