Riley moving dental practice to office near medical center

Patients of Dentist Terrance Riley won’t have to worry about downtown parking on their next visit.

Riley is moving his downtown dental practice to the Physicians Building over at the new hospital on Central Park Drive.

“It was a good location for us,” Riley said about his new 1,600-square-foot suite.

“Hopefully it will give us room for expansion.”

Riley, who has been practicing in Steamboat Springs since 1994, said the hospital complex seemed like a natural place for his new office.

The dentist, along with two hygienists and three office workers, will be moving from their old place at 430 Yampa St.

Riley’s old dental office was 1,300 square feet.

Riley opens his new dental office Monday. It is located at 940 Central Park Drive, Suite 107.

Office hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

County to examine road conditions

Routt County commissioners will be hitting the road Thursday morning at 6:30 a.m. for their annual look at county roads.

Road and Bridge Director Paul Draper takes the three commissioners on the nearly daylong tour.

The commissioners are looking at the overall condition of the roads, as well as specific roads that have been targeted as problem areas by Road and Bridge or by residents.

“We take along our road maps and road maintenance plans,” Commissioner Nancy Stahoviak said.

“It’s a good way for us to view the roads.”

“Instead of sitting here behind this desk,” added Commissioner Doug Monger.
