SUBDIVISION RULES MEETING PLANNED

OAK CREEKMembers of the Routt County Board of Commissioners and the Routt County Planning Commission will hold a meeting this week in Oak Creek to discuss the working draft of the county’s zoning and subdivision regulations.

The project, which began in April of this year, is addressing current issues with the regulations and updating them along with the Routt County Master Plan.

The updated zoning and subdivision regulations are intended to be clearer, more concise, and easier to use and understand than current regulations, according to the Routt County Planning Department.

The meeting is at 7 p.m., Wednesday, at the Oak Creek Town Hall.
