STEAMBOAT SPRINGS — Steamboat Resort officials are reminding skiers and riders to submit their glamour shots soon if they want to get their ski passes in time for Opening Day, which is traditionally the day before Thanksgiving.

“The Ikon Pass is a new pass, so everybody who purchased an Ikon Pass needs to upload a new photo,” Steamboat Resort spokeswoman Loryn Kasten said.

Ikon Passes are not going to be distributed from Steamboat Resort. Instead, the passes are being mailed out.

People can upload their photo at Steamboat.com/plan-your-trip/tickets-and-passes/ikon-photo-upload.

There is no deadline for photos to be uploaded, but it takes time to process and mail out the passes, Kasten said.
