Humane Society to offer Valentine’s fundraiser

The Routt County Humane Society is offering an innovative fundraiser, the Sit Stay Anti Gala. Community members are encouraged to purchase a limited-edition Sit Stay kit and spend an evening during Valentine’s Day week at home with their furry best friends while helping the Humane Society.

The kits include items for dinner, desserts, snacks, toys and treats for dogs/cats, Smartwool socks and more. A limited edition of 100 Sit Stay kits are available for $125 with the kit valued at over $150.

Kits can be purchased at the Routt County Humane Society or ordered by calling 970-879-7247. Kits can be picked up from 12:30 to 5:30 p.m. Feb 11 to at the Humane Society, 2645 Jacob Circle in Steamboat Springs. All proceeds will benefit the local shelter.
