Howelsen Hill opening delayed
In an effort to provide an enjoyable and safe experience for our partners and guests, the city of Steamboat Springs has decided to delay the opening of Howelsen Hill Ski Area until Tuesday, Nov. 29.
Howelsen Hill Ski Area was initially scheduled to open for the 2016-2017 season Saturday, Nov. 26, but due to current snow conditions, officials decided to delay the opening until adequate snowpack is available.
