Homeless man at church: The Record for Tuesday, Aug. 8, 2017

7:58 a.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue firefighters were called to help a person in emotional distress in the 1300 block of Dream Island Plaza.

8:55 a.m. Steamboat firefighters were called to help a sick person in the 2400 block of Lincoln Avenue.

9:19 a.m. Steamboat firefighters were called to help a person with back pain in the 900 block of Central Park Drive.



9:48 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a homeless man trespassing at a church in the 3200 block of Divine Way.

12:15 p.m. Officers were called to a report of an employee who was bitten by a dog at a hotel in the 2300 block of Mount Werner Circle. Police could not find the dog.



2:30 p.m. Officers were called to check on the welfare of a person in the 2700 block of West End Avenue.

4:15 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a wallet stolen two or three weeks ago in the 2700 block of Longthong Court.
