Healthy Eating: Sriracha deviled eggs

Sriracha Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:

6 hard-boiled eggs



3 tablespoons light mayonnaise

1 tablespoon prepared mustard



2 teaspoons Sriracha hot chili sauce, or more to taste

Salt to taste

Sweet paprika (garnish)

Directions:

Peel eggs and cut in-half lengthwise. Put yolks in a small bowl and mash with a fork. Stir in remaining ingredients until smooth, salt to taste. Fill each egg half with a tablespoon of spicy yolk mixture. Chill and serve with a sprinkle of paprika.
