Healthy Eating: 4 ingredient fruit leathers

3 cups fruit (frozen or fresh)

3 Tbsp honey

2 Tbsp lemon juice

2 Tbsp chia seeds

Add all fruit and chia seeds into blender or food processor. Mix until smooth. Can add small amounts of water as it blends, if necessary until a thick smooth liquid is created. Add mixture to a bowl and mix in the honey and lemon juice. Line a baking pan or sheet. Pick a sheet or baking mold that you get the desired thickness of leathers. The thinner the mixture, the less time it takes to harden. Heat oven to 170 degrees and bake for 4 to 6 hours or until the center is no longer tacky. Remove and allow to cool. Cut into desired pieces and individually wrap or keep chilled until consumed.
