Hayden Town Council to discuss funding studies

— The Hayden Town Council will meet Thursday night to discuss funding for two studies that will look at signage and parking.

The Town Council will hold a work session with Routt County commissioners from 6 to 7:30 p.m. The regular meeting begins at 7:30 p.m.

The Hayden Economic Development Commission has recommended supporting the two studies, which together would cost about $7,700. The town would contribute about $1,925. The remaining cost would be covered by the Colorado Center for Community Development and Routt County economic development funding.

Among the other items on the agenda is a proposal to spend $5,800 to develop and manage a new website for the town.
