Hayden Town Council to consider three ballot questions

— The Hayden Town Council on Thursday will consider placing three items on the November ballot.

Staff members will give their reports to the town council at 7 p.m. The regular meeting begins at 7:30 p.m.

The town council will not be discussing whether to allow marijuana grow operations in the town. That topic is scheduled for June 18.

There is one ballot question being considered that relates to marijuana. That town council will consider whether to ask voters if they want to place an excise tax on marijuana produced from grow operations.

Another possible ballot question relates to broadband Internet services. The third ballot question is whether to eliminate fluoride from the town’s drinking water supply.
